Your kid grew out of the warmup jacket. Somebody two streets over just grew into it. Still Fits is the bit in between.
- Find your school or clubPick it when you sign up. A community opens for trading once enough families have joined it, because a marketplace with four people in it is not one.

- Someone local buys itThey pay by card. We hold nothing; Stripe moves the money.
- You hand it over and get paidMost of these swaps happen at a practice or a game. Stripe pays out to your bank on a daily schedule.
What it costs
Two fees, both stated up front, both a percentage of the item price and nothing else.

Still Fits keeps $8.00 of that — 20% of the item price. Card processing comes out of our share, not the seller's, so a seller receives the same amount whichever card the buyer used.
Free is genuinely free.
List something at zero and there is no fee on either side, no card, and no payment setup needed at all. Handing a jersey to the family down the street is the reason this site exists, and charging for it would be absurd.
Postage is not part of the fee. If you charge for shipping, all of it reaches you. We take a commission on the item, not on a padded envelope.
Getting paid
Payouts run through Stripe. You set up your bank details with Stripe directly — Still Fits never sees or stores a card number or an account number, and could not tell you what yours is.
Stripe checks your details before you can be paid. That usually takes a few minutes. Until it clears, anything you list with a price is saved as a draft and goes live on its own the moment Stripe says yes. Free listings need none of this.
Questions people actually ask
Is my kid on this site?
No. Accounts are for adults. The gear belongs to your family; the account is yours. We show school and team names to say which community a listing belongs to, and nothing about any individual child.
Are you affiliated with the schools?
No. School, club and team names identify a community and nothing more. We use no school logos, marks or uniform designs, and the colours you see are approximations we chose ourselves.
What if it never arrives, or it is not what was described?
Email [email protected] and we will sort it out. Most trades here are hand-to-hand at a practice, which removes most of what goes wrong — but not all of it, and a problem is ours to help with either way.
Why does my school say it is not open yet?
Because it has not reached enough families to be worth anyone's time. The number is shown on your account page, and the fastest way to move it is to send your invite link to one other family.
What is the invite credit?
When someone you invited buys or sells their first thing, you both get credit. It comes off your own service fee next time you buy. It is not cash, it cannot be withdrawn, and it never comes out of what a seller receives.
What counts as their first thing?
A real trade: an item of $10.00 or more, with somebody who is not already connected to you through an invite. Not a token sale between two accounts, and not a postage charge on a free item. Rewards cost us money, so they are paid for trades that happened rather than trades that were arranged — and if an order is refunded, the credit it earned goes back. Nobody is paid for a signup at all.
How do we actually arrange the handoff?
When an order is paid we email you both, and each of you can see the other's email address on that order. Most of these are hand-to-hand at a practice or a game — somewhere public is the usual thing. If postage was charged, the seller gets the address you gave at checkout instead.
Where does my money actually go?
Straight from the buyer's card to the seller's Stripe account, minus the fees above. We are not a holding account and your money does not sit with us.
